Over the years, I’ve prioritized genuinely listening to my body and managing my ongoing symptoms, all while being conscious of what I allow into my body, mind, and spirit. It has been an incredible journey of building strength and resilience—both physically and emotionally. I’ve come to appreciate how focusing on movement beautifully connects my mind and body, fostering strength and longevity. I have embraced my journey into nutrition and herbalism, immersing myself in various training programs online, at the gym, and in gardens and kitchens. As a lifelong learner, I remain dedicated to my passion for healing, and I’m thrilled to share all the incredible insights I’ve gathered with you!

Private sessions include:

  • Healing the root of imbalances in your life. Mind, Body, Spirit.

  • Finding physical, mental, and emotional support that you can easily incorporate into your everyday life.

  • Utilizing plants, nutrition, movement, and mindfulness as potent allies in our pursuit of health and wellness.

  • During a consultation, we'll examine your current and desired relationship with your body and emotional state, including diet, lifestyle, and anything else you feel may hinder your goals. 

  • We will help develop a simple, easy-to-follow plan with meals, movement, mindfulness, nutrition, and herbal care to help you get there. We'll address deficiencies, excesses, conditions, and symptoms you might struggle with. Heredity and emotional and mental wellness are also considered.

  • You'll walk away with an incredible list of supportive allies tailored just for you, along with a clear understanding of movement, mindfulness, and how plants and nutrition from the kitchen and garden can enhance your health.
